HOW TO MAKE A RETURN Not loving your bag? If it’s unused and in its original condition and packaging, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Simply email us at info@mabelsbags.com, and we’ll provide the return instructions. Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility.

We process returns quickly—within 24 hours of receiving your item. Questions? Reach out via email or our contact page.

Once your return is received and processed, we’ll email you confirmation. Your refund will be issued via the same payment method used at purchase. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer, so please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear.

WANT TO EXCHANGE? Changed your mind? No problem! If you’d like to exchange your item, email us at info@mabelbags.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you.

RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM? Oh no! If your order arrives with a defect, please let us know immediately on the day of delivery. Use our contact page or email us at info@mabelsbags.com with your order details and a few photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it ASAP.

MISSING A DELIVERY? If your order hasn’t arrived as expected, contact us at info@mabelsbags.com. Sometimes, delays happen, so please wait 20 days before we consider it lost. After that, we’ll work on a resolution for you.

CANCELING YOUR ORDER? Need to cancel? Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible.
